July 30, 2014

Belmont Law Review has released its inaugural edition, which features an article by Margaret L. Behm and Candi Henry. The article, “Judicial Selection in Tennessee:  Deciding ‘the Decider'” examines the historical evolution of the state’s merit-based appellate judicial selection system.  Behm and Henry were invited to submit the article as part of their participation in the law school’s 2013 symposium on Tennessee legal reform.
