Miranda’s practice focuses on business transactions and real estate, advising various clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. She also counsels non-profit organizations and has experience in conservation easements and conservation finance. Miranda brings more than a decade of experience to the firm, having served both as in-house counsel for UBS and, previously, as an attorney at Stites and Harbison, PLLC.

The Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands kicked off its annual fundraising initiative, the Campaign for Equal Justice, at a luncheon on Thursday, March 9.
The kickoff luncheon also celebrated the efforts of law firms, attorneys and community partners in advancing the work of Legal Aid Society, including the 2016 Leadership Cabinet – a group of 45 Nashville-area law firms and in-house legal departments that have committed to giving $400 per attorney. Dodson Parker Behm & Capparella, PC is pleased to join the Leadership Cabinet for the eighth consecutive year.

Paul S. Parker served as a featured speaker for the March 9, 2017 National Business Institute seminar in Nashville.
The event, focused on current issues relating to wills and trusts, was designed for attorneys, trust officers, accountants, and financial planners. Leading the “Basic Tax Concerns” session, Parker addressed new legislation and other important tax issues that must be considered when drafting wills and trusts for clients.
Parker practices in the areas of tax, estate planning, and probate.
