Latest Issue of Tennessee Tort Law Letter Available

The latest issue of the Tennessee Tort Law Letter is now available for subscribers.  This month’s newsletter addresses the Tennessee Supreme Court’s latest ruling on filing requirements in healthcare liability cases as well as the other most recent tort rulings by the Court of Appeals.
