Sitgreaves Leads Seminar on Best Practices in Davidson Co. Circuit Court

Elizabeth Sitgreaves joined the Hon. Joe Binkley, Jr., Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District of Tennessee (Davidson County) and Nashville attorney Laura Baker at the Nashville Bar Association’s Circuit Court Practice Seminar.

Speaking on the topic “Post-Trial Issues in Circuit Court,” Sitgreaves discussed legal issues that arise after trial and how to ensure that those issues are preserved on appeal.

Sitgreaves focuses her practice on litigation, with an emphasis on handling appeals.
