Dodson Parker Behm & Capparella Welcomes Attorney Candi Henry

DPBC is pleased to announce that attorney Candi Henry will be rejoining the firm in an “of counsel” role.

Candi brings a wealth of experience across a number of practice areas that will benefit the firm’s clients. She has represented and advised a wide variety of businesses, non-profits, and government agencies and has experience at all levels of Tennessee state courts, as well as federal bankruptcy and district courts, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. With a significant practice in employment law, Candi holds a designation as a SHRM-SCP Certified Senior Human Resources Professional. Outside of the firm, Henry will continue to serve as Chief Legal Counsel for the Greater Nashville Regional Council, a government entity comprising 13 counties and serving a population of more than 2 million.

Passionate about improving the legal profession and serving her community, Candi has been designated an Attorney for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court on multiple occasions, is a Hearing Committee Member for the Board of Professional Responsibility, served on the drafting committee for the court’s Access to Justice Commission and its Indigent Representation Task Force, and has taught for fifteen years at the graduate level in the legal field.
